History

You can find the history of rafting pretty much anywhere. It originates back in the times when the woodcutters in North America started using the fast flowing rivers to transport the logs that they have just cut at long distances down the stream. Unfortunately, someone needed to guard the logs from thieves along their way, so on top of the wooden rafts you could always find a brave young man to ward off people with ill intentions.

The first rafting club in Bulgaria

Nowadays, the once tough and laborious task has become a fun and exciting experience for kids and adults alike… Rafting is now a group trip with rubber boats down a river with rapid streams. The raft itself is a durable inflatable boat, specifically designed for the fast waters, with a reinforced body and manufactured from state-of-the-art materials. When you combine these two, you get a combination of a physical challenge and an enjoyable fast-paced adventure. And all of that with an experienced guide that has your back.
