Why parents choose us every summer
Families trust us because the week is carefully structured and safety comes first. Children enter the water with a plan, clear rules, and an instructor at their side at all times. After five days, they leave with new skills, new friends, and new confidence — not only in the sea but in everyday decisions.
What we develop: independence, teamwork, confidence
-
Independence. Daily routines like caring for gear, packing their bag, and staying hydrated teach responsibility in a natural way.
-
Teamwork. Most exercises run in pairs or small teams: shared paddle rhythm, role distribution, and a common goal.
-
Confidence. Progress is visible within days: from a first try in a kayak or on a SUP to stable balance and directional control in calm water.
Safe location and professional instructors
Activities run in a controlled training zone at Gradina Beach with great visibility and clearly marked boundaries. Instructors are experienced with children and trained in water safety and first aid. We follow a daily safety protocol: morning weather and wind assessment, area selection according to conditions, and concise pre-session briefings.
Camp program: from first strokes to final challenges
The week builds step by step — we first gain trust in the water, then refine technique and timing, and wrap up with a friendly “sea challenge” where kids can see their progress for real.
Day 1 — Arrival and adaptation
Welcome, rules, room and group allocation, beach orientation. Icebreakers on shore and a short water-safety module: how we enter/exit the water, how we listen for instructor signals, and where the “green zone” is.
Day 2 — First steps: kayak & SUP in a protected area
Body position, paddle hold, safe mounting and dismounting, basic balance in calm conditions. Short distances along marked buoys to feel the boat/board.
Day 3 — Technique and control
Turning, stopping, maintaining rhythm, and working in pairs. We add light cross-wind reaction drills and balance games that build motor skills and attention.
Day 4 — Skills in motion
Route tasks with a mentor: following a track, precise turns at marked points, and “quiet communication” between partners. More time on the water to deepen confidence at an easy pace.
Day 5 — Sea challenge & team games
A friendly team mini-race in the protected area plus shore relays for variety. No pressure — just the joy of achievement and lots of smiles. Evening: photo sharing and individual feedback.
Day 6 — Wrap-up / departure (per schedule)
Free games, group photos, and the official close. Kids get tips on how to keep practicing what they learned.
Note: The program adapts to age, weather, and group pace so safety and enjoyment stay high throughout.

Key details: safety, accommodation, and preparation
Our safety and care standards
-
Small groups. Instructor-to-child ratios suit each age bracket for constant visibility and quality feedback.
-
24/7 coverage. Night rounds and clear quiet hours for proper recovery.
-
Medical protocol. First-aid kit on site, documented medication intake where needed, and prompt parent communication for any issues.
-
Weather plan. If wind picks up or weather shifts, we move timeslots or switch to dry-land activities (games, theory, gear prep) and return to the water when it’s safe.
-
Daily briefings. Morning plan & weather check; evening debrief with the group.
Accommodation and meals
Comfortable rooms and a quiet night schedule for recovery. Groups are split by age and gender with a responsible counselor nearby. Meals are balanced, with a focus on hydration and light portions before water sessions. For allergies or specific diets, we collect information in advance and adapt accordingly.
Packing list & phone policy
-
Bring: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses with strap, swimwear and a T-shirt that can get wet, water shoes/closed shoes with good grip, towel, spare clothes, a light sweatshirt for evenings, personal water bottle, thin rain jacket, dry bag.
-
Phones: limited use to keep focus and safety high. We organize photo moments and share images with parents in an orderly way.
What kids actually learn in 5 days — tangible outcomes
-
Respect for the sea. Recognizing calm vs. active zones, understanding offshore wind and why we avoid it.
-
Core technique. Stable mounting/dismounting, essential paddle strokes, turning, and stopping.
-
Teamwork & communication. Quiet signals, rhythm, and mutual support in pairs/teams.
-
Self-control. Breathing and composure when a wave splashes unexpectedly — and how to call for help properly.
-
Gear care. Cleaning, drying, storage — simple routines that build lifelong responsibility.
FAQs — quick answers to common concerns
Does my child need to be a strong swimmer?
Not necessarily. We train in a protected area and use certified PFDs. Swimming skills help, but the key is attention and following instructions.
What happens if it’s windy or rainy?
We monitor forecasts throughout the day and rearrange the schedule if needed. If conditions aren’t suitable, we switch to shore-based training and theory, then return to the water once it’s safe.
How do you store and administer medication?
Parents hand medications to a leader with written instructions (times/doses/notes). We store them securely, log each intake, and supervise closely.
How do you stay in touch with parents?
We set communication windows to avoid disrupting sessions. For special cases we call immediately.
What if my child feels homesick?
Totally normal. We follow an adaptation protocol: a calm chat with the instructor, gentle inclusion in low-pressure activities, and, if needed, a parent call. Usually the first hours in the group ease the tension.

Try on water shoes at home so there are no surprises on Day 1.
-
Leave valuables and bulky items at home — freedom of movement matters most here.
-
Pack light, quick-dry layers and a personal water bottle.
-
